Every page is built with MedicalWebPage / FAQPage / Speakable schema, technical SEO above 90 across all Lighthouse categories, llms.txt published at root, and your Google Business Profile optimized. Growth and Authority launch with 4 keystone articles already live, then settle into your weekly publishing cadence. Setup is one-time. If you ever leave, you take every physician-signed article with you. The full content library is fully exportable, ready to move to any platform.

Question 2

What does the Founding Cohort agreement actually require from me?

Accepted Answer

Three things: (1) a written testimonial after 60 days of measurable performance, (2) case-study rights, the ability for us to publish anonymized or named results, your choice, and (3) a 12-month term. In exchange, you lock in 50% off setup (one-time) and 50% off monthly, and that founding monthly base is yours for the life of the contract. You are never re-tiered to the standard rate. The universal 7% annual contract escalator applies to your founding base, same as it does to every customer. There are only 10 founding spots, and they will not be reopened.

What is the 90-day cause-free exit?

If you decide Authoritize isn't right for you within the first 90 days, you can cancel without penalty and without needing to justify the decision. You keep every article we've published to your site. You forfeit the founding rate if you re-engage later. This exists because we'd rather you leave clean than feel trapped in a 12-month commitment that isn't working.

Can I switch tiers up or down?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, the difference is prorated. You can downgrade at your next renewal (we don't prorate downgrades). If your practice grows past your current tier's article allotment, we'll proactively recommend an upgrade rather than letting you outgrow the plan silently.

What is a service line, and how does AI-visibility tracking work across them?

A service line is one offering you want to be found for, for example TRT, GLP-1 weight loss, or peptides. For each one, we track whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews recommend you for the questions your patients actually ask, and on Growth and Authority, which clinics get recommended instead and how your share of voice is trending. Foundation includes 1 service line, Growth includes 2, and Authority includes up to 4. Need to track more than your tier includes? Additional service lines are available for an additional fee. Every tier sees which AI engines are crawling your site, the leading signal that citations are coming.

Question 6

What happens at renewal? Does the founding rate go away?

Accepted Answer

No. The founding monthly base is locked for the life of your contract. You are never re-tiered to the standard rate shown crossed out on each tier. At each renewal, the universal 7% annual contract escalator applies to your founding base. That clause is standard in every Authoritize contract, founders and list, and is written into the MSA. You're under no obligation to renew. Most clients do, because by month 12 the content asset is producing 4–6× the cost in inbound bookings.

Who reviews and signs the articles?

Your clinic's physician, on every tier, every time. Authoritize never medically reviews articles. Our content engine drafts each piece against peer-reviewed sources and runs it through an FDA and FTC marketing-claim scanner. Your physician then reviews, revises with simple prompts, and signs the final draft. Nothing publishes without their signoff. This is by design: liability for medical claims has to stay with the licensed practitioner under the law, and content the physician actually owns and believes in is the differentiator we are selling.

How does the referral program work?

Refer another physician-led clinic and, once they sign and clear their own 90-day exit window, you earn $2,000, paid as account credit or a check, your choice. There's no cap. Two referrals more than cover a month of Authority. Just have them mention your practice when they book their call.

Question 9

Are taxes included? What about international clients?

Accepted Answer

Prices shown exclude applicable state and local sales tax, which we collect where required. The Founding Cohort is US-based only, we need to be able to verify NPI and US practice licensure as part of onboarding. International expansion is on the roadmap; ask if you'd like to be notified when it opens.

How do I explain this to my physician?

Two sentences usually do it: "Every article is drafted against peer-reviewed sources and screened against FDA and FTC marketing guidelines before it ever reaches you. You review, edit with simple prompts, and sign, nothing publishes without your name on it." Your physician keeps full editorial control and stays the named medical reviewer of record. What does my practice manager need to know?

One invoice, one platform, no agency hand-offs. Billing is monthly via Stripe (annual prepay available, ask for the discount). Setup is one-time and includes the website rebuild. There are no per-seat fees, no overage charges inside your article allotment, and no surprise add-ons. Your practice manager gets a live performance dashboard, priority customer service, and a single point of contact. Can I share this with my MSO, group, or board before deciding?

Yes, and we expect you to. Every pricing tier, the MSA, the BAA, and the security posture are linked from the public site so there's nothing behind a sales gate. If your MSO or group wants a per-location pricing model, the Authority tier scales to multi-location and we can draft a master agreement covering all locations under one founding rate.
