Services

Authoritize.ai (operated by Spear and Clover LLC) provides website design, drafted content production, FDA and FTC marketing-claim screening, compliance monitoring, and related services to physician-led healthcare practices. These Terms govern your use of our services.

Authoritize is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Authoritize is not a medical practice and does not provide medical advice. Our platform is designed to help you meet the FTC's substantiation standard and to surface potential FDA and FTC marketing-claim flags, but it is not a substitute for legal counsel or for the independent judgment of a licensed physician. We strongly recommend that you consult with a healthcare attorney regarding your marketing compliance obligations.

Physician attestation model

Every article published through Authoritize is reviewed, revised as the physician sees fit, and signed by your clinic's own licensed physician before publication. Authoritize does not medically review, attest, or sign patient-facing clinical content. Our content engine produces a draft and runs it through an automated FDA and FTC marketing-claim scanner; the final draft becomes a published article only after your physician approves and signs it. The physician's attestation reflects their independent professional judgment and does not constitute a guarantee from Authoritize that the content will satisfy all applicable regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions. You and your physician remain responsible for ensuring that your marketing complies with applicable law.

Subscription terms

Founding cohort subscriptions are 12-month terms with a 90-day cause-free exit. After the 90-day window, you are committed through the end of the initial 12-month term and the remaining months of that term are owed and non-refundable. At the end of the initial term, subscriptions auto-renew for additional 12-month terms unless either party provides 60 days written notice of non-renewal. A universal 7% annual contract escalator applies at each renewal. You retain all content produced during your subscription. The founding monthly base rate is locked for the life of the contract, subject to the universal escalator at each renewal.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive email communications about your audit and our services. If you separately provide a mobile phone number and explicitly check the SMS opt-in box on the audit claim form, you also agree to receive SMS messages subject to our Messaging Policy. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Indianapolis, Indiana, in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
