Partner program terms

Effective July 8, 2026 · These terms cover the self-serve partner (affiliate) program. Paid Authoritize services are governed by a separate services agreement.

How it works

When you sign up, we give you a unique tracked link (authoritize.ai/your-code). Anyone who visits it is attributed to you for 90 days. If a person you refer becomes a paying Authoritize client during that window, you earn a flat $2,000 for that client. You can watch your clicks, leads, and commissions in your partner dashboard.

What we ask of you

Promote Authoritize honestly. In particular:

  • No spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages to promote your link.
  • No paid search or ads that bid on the Authoritize brand name or run in a way that could be mistaken for us.
  • No false or misleading claims about Authoritize, our results, or what our tools do. Where you describe the tools, describe them as screening a site against FDA and FTC guidelines, not as certifying legal compliance.
  • Do not refer yourself or your own business to earn a commission.

Commissions and payouts

A commission is earned only when a referred lead becomes a paying client and is confirmed on our side. The commission is $2,000 per client, and it becomes payable after that client passes their 90-day cancellation window. That window starts when the client signs their services agreement (it is their no-questions cause-free exit period), so a client who cancels inside it does not trigger a payout. We review and approve commissions before payout, and pay approved commissions to the payout details you provide. We may withhold or reverse a commission tied to a refund, chargeback, fraud, or a violation of these terms.

Changes and ending the program

You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, or representative of Authoritize, and you may not sign anything or make commitments on our behalf. Either of us can end this arrangement at any time. We may update these terms or the commission structure going forward; material changes will not reduce a commission you have already earned. We may pause or remove a partner who breaks these terms.
