Nobetes Corp.

Nobetes Corp. and its officers marketed and sold a pill called Nobetes, claiming it treats diabetes, with advertising the FTC found to be false or unsubstantiated. A December 2018 settlement prohibited the company from making unsubstantiated health claims, using deceptive 'free trial' offers, billing consumers without consent, and misusing expert endorsements and testimonials.
