Airborne Health, Inc.

The FTC brought a federal court action against Airborne Health, Inc. and its principals (Victoria Knight-McDowell and Thomas John McDowell) in the Central District of California. The case concerned health claims made in advertising and marketing for the Airborne dietary supplement product.
